How to Accesss Your Clients' Files
1. Go to sitewizard.emochila.com and log in with your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, please email us or call us toll free at 866.340.5652
2. You should be redirected to the Administrative page. On the horizontal bar at the top, please click on "My Clients" where a list of your clients will appear.

3. To view a client's files, click on that client's "File Locker"

4. A list of your clients uploaded files will appear, there are five slots in all. Next, right-click on the name of the file that you want to download and from the right-click menu select "Save link as..." and save the file to your Desktop (or appropriate folder) for convenience purposes.

5. Now you can view and modify the file by finding it on your desktop and double clicking to open it. To upload the same file and send it back to your client, click on the "Browse" button inside that client's file locker and find the file within your computer which you wish to upload. If it is the file you just finished modifying (the one discussed above) then you should upload it in place of the former file.

7. The name of the file should appear in the text line in Column 2 (labeled "Choose New File"). Click on the button labeled "Upload" to the right of the file.

8. Do not stop or interrupt the transaction until the file has been successfully uploaded as this will result in an error message. Depending on the size of the file, upload times may vary. In the event of a corrupted file (usually arises from a blip in an internet connection) simple click on "Go Back" and try again. You will know that the transfer is complete when you see the following window:

Now you may either go back to view other clients' files or log out.
